Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Ibrahim Aajiz Qadri is the Ameer of Tableegh-e-Islami. Born in Multan, his work brings together religious learning, preaching, spiritual training and writing.
He received religious and spiritual training from Hazrat Allama Maulana Mufti Muhammad Abdul Rahman Jami Saeedi Qadri. His spiritual connections include the Qadri tradition and permissions received in other lineages.
His preaching work developed from local teaching into visits and gatherings in other cities. In February 2001 he established Tableegh-e-Islami with people committed to sharing the teachings of Islam. Learning, practice and the improvement of character remain central to this work.
Alongside speaking, he writes on religious and reformative subjects. His devotional poetry uses the pen name Aajiz. His poetry collections include Bab-e-Karam, Jan-e-Jahan, Dua-e-Aajiz, Faizan-e-Haramain and Faizan-e-Karimain.
